Dr William Eidinow died from heart failure at the early age of 34, on January 23rd, at Hampstead. After studying medicine at the London Hospital he obtained the diplomas of M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P. in 1917 and held the appointments of emergency officer and surgical clinical assistant. He served during the war from 1917 to 1920 as captain in the R.A.M.C., in France, Italy and Montenegro, and was awarded the Italian silver medal for valour for conspicuious bravery in the field. After demobilization he took up a busy practice among the working classes of Islington, where he was much esteemed and appreciated by all who knew him. Much sympathy is felt for his relations in their great loss.
