Stoller transferred to MGC(Motors) in October 1916 he appears to have been sent to 6th Armoured Car Brigade and posted to 1st Light Armoured Car Battery. His posting is signed by "OC Hejaz Armoured Cars". This means he was with Lawrence of Arabia! Cross checking he appears in the nominal roll in Seven Pillars as E Stoller. So he was in the Rolls Royce cars rather than the light cars, and his service record notes he was MG qualified.
