Basic Information

Holy Law Synagogue at Bury Old Road was the first purpose built synagogue in Prestwich, opening in 1933. Previously, the congregation met in a converted church in Bank View, Red Bank from 1901. In 1978 there was a merger with South Broughton Synagogue, creating the current name of Holy Law South Broughton Congregation.
